Transformer for Indoor Irrigation Controller – Spare Part

Thought I would need a new irriragtion controller as a sparky had damaged my original transformer to the Hollman controller. Ordered this one from the local Hollman factory and everything is working perfect again. Good product support too.

After having a power fault appear on my controller unit the repair fix was to replace the power transformer. I purchased the transformer expecting it to fix the fault but it didn’t. So now I have to purchase a complete unit after only three years not to mention the $35 I just spent to replace the transformer. Any other thoughts on the fault would be appreciated.

I purchased this to replace a transformer for a Toro watering controller. Asit was same voltage and power rating it worked great.

The transformer for my Holman Dial Ezy irrigation controller physically broke so needed to be replaced.
I ordered a replacement unit from Holman and the part arrived promptly and worked a treat.

Much better quality than the original transformer

I was surprised at the speed that mu transformers arrived 3 days from order to delivery considering all the delays caused by this virus, I only purchased two to keep one as a spare as have four controlers working for over ten years and this is the first fault I have had , very pleased with controlers and the service.
If you ever modify these controllers could you please make the screens a bit larger as I like many people my age with failing vision find them hard to read and set up especially the am and pm settings
