Fantastic service, they had the spare part I needed

The unit is quite flimsy and cracks with just a little tension on it, when connecting a normal garden hose and having pulling/tugging just a little bit on the hose.

Excellent service however it would be less expensive if it could be purchased locally ie Bunnings Vic no delivery charges

The nut is under a lot of pressure and weight from a timer and 4 tap lines, should be made of metal not flimsy plastic

Could not stop old ones from leaking but may have been overnightened

I have an Aqua system tap timer, the union nut busted. I did not realise that Aqua system was part of the Holman Industries, once I found out and got in touch with Holman, they quickly sourced the spare part and got in touch with me. They were very helpful with all the process and promptly supplied the part.

After going to. Bunnings where I purchased. 2 timers I asked do they have spare parts. Staff member said no so I asked them could they order one. Answer no I’m account customer and a builder always spending. I was ——— off. Then I got in touch with Holman. What a great call the person I dealt with was excellent. Cheers.
