Battery lasts less than a year

I unfortunately need to replace these batteries approximately every 10 months due to them no longer retracting the hose even when fully charged.

Sent out quickly and was the right part.

Replacement of similar unit that lasted < 12 months

Hoping this one lasts longer than the first. Installed and working brilliantly / like new. I've built a little cover to keep it out of the elements. If your hose reel is exposed to direct sun or rain, would recommend putting something over the button portion of it because it's really not built for extreme heat / cold / wet.

Replacement Li/Iron Battery

The process for getting a replacement battery in Australia was easy and uncomplicated. My issue is that I had to get the battery for a family member in the UK. Luckily I am travelling to UK in the next few months. The UK resident couldn’t order the part through Holmans and were offered no alternative in the UK. My complaint is that if Holman’s sell their equipment in the UK then they should supply and avenue for all the spare parts for that equipment.
