I've been using a WX8 for 2 years now and all is well except the Evie WiFi rain sensor does not seem to work for very long until the batteries run out - the unit. I'll probably move to a wired sensor next.

It’s not temporarily unavailable. Its permanently.

Was looking to get this over 6 months ago.
Asked Holman when it would be available again and they said they’d notify when it was back.
I’d rather they would be honest and just say they’re not making it any more rather than say it’s “temporarily unavailable“.

Good sensor needs better fixing

The sensor works really well and I highly recommend, but the fixing clip looks to be designed for a specific gutter. My gutter has a thicker rolled edge than the standard clip allows so I had to fashion my own fixing.
