The auto-rewind mechanism helps with easy storage after the hose is simply pulled out with the safe retraction system. 12mm hose fittings are standard with all models of our Retractable Hose Reels, including a 7 Function Spray Gun, 2x Hose Connectors and a Universal Tap Adaptor.

For perfect retraction EVERY time, the automatic hose layering mechanism neatly layers the hose from side to side across the reel.

No lock

Pretty hopeless as it doesn’t have a lock system. So, if you want to attach say a manual sprinkler, you have to jam a brick on it which ruins it. Avoid

Replaced under warranty

I bought my hose reel earlier on in the year and the hose somehow got a split in it. It was replaced under warranty, no questions asked. I’m so impressed and very grateful. Thank you.

Easy and efficient

Great product, well priced, love the colour options, easy to install and so much easier to deal with than a loose hose getting tangled and kinked. To top it off local made in WA couldn't ask for any better than that!

This one is garbage

This is the third Holman reel I’ve bought. Two are functioning flawlessly after 5 years but this latest one just spun itself to pieces in a few months. It was so highly sprung that it tried to pull my arm off when retracting. And before Holman give the standard answer about depressurising and cleaning and not letting the hose go back by itself, yes I do all these things. This one is just garbage.

Good but cannot replace hose.

I have had this hose reel for years, I will say it's endured a fair bit but I'm now in need of replacing the hose as there are quite a few leaks but it turns out I can't!! Now I have to buy a whole new hose reel when mine is still working fine, just needs a new hose. Which I have already bought so now I have a brand new heavy duty hose but now I need to buy a new hose reel.

Hose dissected itself

I've owned my reel for less than 6 months and the hose dissected itself from the inside out. I can feel the water pooling in the outer layer of the hose as it ballooned and then it popped within 5 seconds of feeling it. I don't understand how this is possible unless i have a defective hose. Used with household watering system once a week at best. Picture of the blown hole - no trauma inflicted from the outside.

Poor products

First reel lasted two weeks ,second reel lasted 15 months ,but only because I hadn't extended hose past 5 meters,now broken again after extending full length ,second product from Holman that had failed
Will not purchase again steer clear spend the extra to get a usable product ,have contacted consumer affairs to lodge not fit for purpose notice

Some tips we recommend for the longevity of your hose reel are avoiding overextension, cleaning the hose to remove dirt before going back into the housing and releasing water pressure before retracting. Easy to use

The hose reel was very easy to install, and it looks great on the wall! So much better that dealing with a tangled hose.

Dangerous product

Don't know if we got a defective item. The retraction was so strong that free hose was pulled in so fast it caused the casing to shaking violently on the wall and then pulled the hose out of my hands, smashing the sprayer against the wall, breaking it. My wife was also unable to control it two days prior leaving marks on her body where the fast retracting hose caused friction burns. 'smooth retraction' = false
And I'm not even talking about the plastic quality and leaking from minute 1. Invest in a Hoselink.

Installed in a few simple steps, our 20m Retractable Hose Reel comes with all the parts required for installation. Simply mount the bracket onto your wall of choice, add the securing pin, connect to your tap and you’re good to go.

Easy to use

The 7 Function Spray Gun allows you to easily water depending on your task or plants. Just turn on your tap, pull on the hose to your desired length and tug to stop lock it in place.

Tangle-free

Once you’ve turned off your tap and removed excess pressure, simply tug on the hose again and guide it back into the housing. Our hose layering mechanism guarantees a kink and tangle-free retraction, every time.

Move around your garden

The compact design, 180˚ swivel mount and versatile bracket system makes it ideal for mounting against a wall or on a garden post. The bracket features a quick-release design making the hose reel easy to unlatch and carry to an alternate location with the collapsible carry handle.
