leaking adaptor

Hi all I like to comment on your 2 way -tap Outlet in the past 4 years I have purchased 3 adaptors because after about 1 year and six months they all start leaking from the bottom of the fitting that goes onto tap unfortunately i did not keep receipts for any which I presumed that these fitted correctly which I did so would not leak I am getting frustrated in replacing these with my money while you get the profit I therefore require your company to replace the at no cost to me I have a Holmans tap timer attached to this and I'm not sure the timer will fit properly please review this request ASAP and report back to me on the email i provided ASAP
