Poor quality hose

Hose reel works fine , just let down by quality of hose.
I received two of these as Christmas presents in 2021 from my adult sons.
Hoses on both reels herniate and split on both continually after about 6 months use , necessitating me to cut and remove damaged section each time.
It’I turn hose off at tap and depressurise after each use and it still continues to happen.

I purchased 2 of these (though they were the older version) and they were quite expensive. 1 was for the front yard and 1 for the back but only installed the backyard one. After installing probably about 1yr after buying it didnt last very long. Ended up removing, put in the bin and installed the other one. This 1 didnt last either but as it doesnt rewind we just use it fully unwound. Would not buy again.

Installed in a few simple steps, our 15m Auto Rewind Hose Reel comes with all the parts required for installation. Simply mount the bracket onto your wall of choice, add the securing pin, connect to your tap and you’re good to go.

Easy to use

The 7 Function Spray Gun allows you to easily water depending on your task or plants. Just turn on your tap, pull on the hose to your desired length and tug to stop lock it in place.

Tangle-free

Once you’ve turned off your tap and removed excess pressure, simply tug on the hose again and guide it back into the housing. Our hose layering mechanism guarantees a kink and tangle-free retraction, every time.

Move around your garden

The compact design, 180˚ swivel mount and versatile bracket system makes it ideal for mounting against a wall or on a garden post. The bracket features a quick-release design making the hose reel easy to unlatch and carry to an alternate location with the collapsible carry handle.
