Scene Automation Example - Turn the Light off at Sunrise

Using your connected WW Garden Light create an Automation scenario to turn the light/s off at sunrise.

Note: You need to allow the Holman Home app to know your location so it can calculate the correct sunrise time.

  1. From the Scene screen with Automation chosen, choose + (the top right hand corner)
    2. Scene screen

  2. Choose When the weather changes
    3. Create Scene screen

  3. Choose Sunset/Sunrise
    4. When the weather changes screen

  4. If you haven't already done so you will need to choose your location. The Current City should display the suburb of your location. Then choose Sunrise
    5. Sunset/Sunrise screen

  5. Change the Offset from Sunrise if required and then choose Save

  6. Choose Next

  7. From the Then section choose +
    8. Set up task screen

  8. Choose Run the device
    9. Create Scene screen

  9. Choose WW Garden Light
    10. All Devices screen

  10. Choose Switch
    11. Select Function screen

  11. Tick the OFF Switch and then choose Save
    12. Switch screen

  12. Choose Next
    13. Select Function screen

  13. Choose ... to give the scenario a better name
    14. Creat new Scene screen

  14. Tap in the default name and edit it. Pressing x to remove it allows for easier editing. Choose OK
    15. Edit Name screen

  15. Confirm everything is correct and then choose Save
    16. Creat new Scene screen

  16. Choose Yes to start using the new Automation
    17. No/Yes screen

  17. View all your Automation scenarios. Note it is possible to disable any Automation scenario using the toggle in the red box below
